Every parcel leaves our Al Quoz workshop sealed, signed and individually numbered. We ship six days a week from Dubai South via DHL, FedEx and Aramex.

Returns
Scarves can be returned within 30 days, unworn and with the original tag attached. We will refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Perfumes & OUD can be returned unopenedwithin 14 days. Once a bottle is broken-sealed, we cannot legally resell it — but if something is wrong with the scent or the bottle is damaged in transit, contact us and we will make it right.
For UK and US customers, return shipping is free via a prepaid label we email on request. For all other regions, return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
